When Belgian Pro League powerhouse KRC Genk launched their new membership campaign, they didn’t just want a visual identity, they needed a sonic one. They approached us at Klanghaus to create a custom soundtrack that would perfectly capture the emotion and energy of their new season.

The driving insight behind the campaign immediately resonated with us and guided our search for the perfect sound. Think about it: throughout the week, we all lead vastly different lives, moving to our own individual rhythms. We are students, workers, parents, all navigating our own daily grind.
But on match day, for those electrifying 90 minutes, everything changes. Thousands of individuals merge into a single, breathing organism. The crowd in the stadium beats as one.
Capturing that powerful transformation sonically was our primary mission. From the start, we knew we had to steer clear of the cliché, “epic movie” orchestral scores so often used in sports campaigns. That’s simply not KRC Genk’s DNA. They are a club defined by their modern vision, their innovative spirit, and their youthful energy. They didn’t just need a background track; they needed an anthem. Something unapologetically big, bold, and fiercely contemporary.
To translate this energy into music, we built a soundscape that mirrors the anticipation and raw emotion of match day. We infused the track with the frantic, forward-moving energy of drum and bass, grounded it with tribal drums, and anchored the entire piece with a heavy, pumping heartbeat.
It starts as a steady, individual pulse and relentlessly builds towards an explosive, unified climax, a sonic peak practically guaranteed to raise thousands of hands in the air.
